משלוחים
שליח עד פתח ביתך - עלות המשלוח הינו 30 ש״ח ברכישה מעל 200 ש״ח המשלוח הינו חינם .
השליח מתאם מראש לפני תחילת . משלוח מגיע עד 5 ימי עסקים לכתובת פרטית או מקום עבודה.
שימו לב - המשלוחים עובדים בין השעות 8:00- 18:00 רצוי לתת כתובת בא אתם נמצאים בין השעות האלו.
Courier to your doorstep - the cost of delivery is 30 NIS for purchases over 200 NIS, delivery is free.
The courier coordinates in advance before starting. Delivery arrives up to 5 business days to a private address or workplace.
Please note - the deliveries work between the hours of 8: 00-18: 00, it is advisable to give an address if you are between these hours.
החזרות והחלפות
ניתן להחליף מוצר עד 14 ימי עסקים כאשר הוא באריזתו המקורית ולא נעשה בו שום שימוש.
ההחזרות מתבצעות כך :
1. שליח לאיסוף בעלות של 35 ש״ח עם המוצר אשר שתרצו להחליף או איסוף לצורך החזרה בלבד.
2.ניתן להחזיר מוצר לקבלת זיכוי כספי , בניכוי של 5 % עמלת ביטול.
מוצר שיוחזר יזוכה רק אם לא נעשה בו שימוש ואינו פגום ואשר הוחזר באריזתו המקורית .
A product can be replaced up to 14 business days when it is in its original packaging and has not been used at all.
Returns are made as follows:
A courier for collection at a cost of 35 NIS with the product that you would like to exchange or collect for return only.
2. A product can be returned for a monetary credit, less a 5% cancellation fee.
A product that is returned will only be credited if it has not been used and is not damaged and which has been returned in its original packaging.
