Shipments
Courier to your door - shipping cost is 30 NIS for purchases over 200 NIS shipping is free.
The messenger coordinates in advance before starting. Delivery takes up to 5 business days to a private address or workplace.
Please note - deliveries work between the hours of 8:00-18:00. It is advisable to give an address if you are between these hours.
Courier to your doorstep - the cost of delivery is 30 NIS for purchases over 200 NIS, delivery is free.

Returns and exchanges
You can exchange a product up to 14 business days when it is in its original packaging and has not been used.
Returns are made as follows:
1. Courier for collection at a cost of NIS 35 with the product you want to exchange or collection for the purpose of return only.
2. You can return a product for a monetary credit, minus a 5% cancellation fee.
A returned product will only be credited if it has not been used and is not damaged and which has been returned in its original packaging.
A product can be replaced up to 14 business days when it is in its original packaging and has not been used at all.
Returns are made as follows:
A courier for collection at a cost of 35 NIS with the product that you would like to exchange or collect for return only.
2. A product can be returned for a monetary credit, less a 5% cancellation fee.
A product that is returned will only be credited if it has not been used and is not damaged and which has been returned in its original packaging.
