Delivery to your door - shipping cost is 37 NIS for purchases over 200 NIS shipping is free.The courier coordinates in advance before arrival. Delivery takes up to 5 business days to a private address or workplace.Please note - deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00-18:00, so it is advisable to give an address where you are between these hours.
Exchanges and returns

A product can be exchanged up to 14 business days when it is in its original packaging and has not been used. The return is made as follows:1. Courier for collection at a cost of NIS 35 with the product that you want to exchange or I will send for the purpose of return only.2. You can return a product for a refund, minus a 5% cancellation feeA product that is returned will only be credited if it has not been used and is not damaged and which has been returned in its original packaging!

Cancelling a transaction

The transaction can be canceled by contacting our customer service on WhatsApp or by e-mailing the customer service. Cancellation of the deal will be valid for up to 48 hours only.The product must be returned to us when all the costs involved in returning the product will be applied to the customer.
